From Ashes to Wings: Hope and healing within your church

I was eight when the first person stole my innocence. By thirteen, seven different people—family and strangers—had taken pieces I spent twenty years reclaiming.

I know the masks. The silence. The grown-up issues trauma plants in you. I am not a trauma therapist. I am a certified life coach since 2017 and an overcomer who has walked this road—stumbled, kept going, and learned the way out. I am still healing. I will always be healing. But I am ten times further than I was, and I am called to walk others from where I once was to where I know they can become.

That is why I created From Ashes to Wings.

What Your Church Gets

A complete 6-to-8-week healing journey for survivors of abuse—born from what I needed and didn't have.

Available now:

  • Adults (18+)

Coming soon:

  • Young Adults (18-25)
  • Pre-Teens (ages 10-12)

Each track includes:

  • Leader manual—every session scripted, every hard moment anticipated
  • Student journals—guided spaces that reach where it hurts
  • Virtual facilitator certification—I train your leaders personally because this work is too important to guess at
  • The release ceremony—Week 8, we release what needs to die. Participants walk away lighter, holding proof that they are not what happened to them

I also offer in-person appearances for Arizona churches and speaking engagements nationwide.

Who This Is For

Pastors who know their people are hurting but feel unqualified to go this deep.

Ministry directors tired of surface-level programming when people are bleeding underneath.

Youth pastors navigating disclosures and terrified of saying the wrong thing.

Churches ready to stop reacting to crisis and start building a culture of healing.

You don't need to become an expert. You need someone who knows the road because they are still walking it.

What Success Looks Like

Survivors who don't just attend—they belong.

Leaders who feel capable, not overwhelmed.

Transformed people who become the next wave of healers—creating a culture where brokenness is met with hope, not silence.

This Is Kingdom Work

I believe God preserved me so I could stand in this gap—not as someone who has arrived, but as someone who knows the way. The church should be the safest place for the broken to heal. I am here to change that—one curriculum, one leader, one survivor at a time.

I am based in Queen Creek, Arizona. I work with churches everywhere.
